My boyfriend doesnt really get my love for it. On the weekends, this will be a conversation we'll have:
Andrew: You wana make a special breakfast tomorrow morning?
Me: Umm.. *Awkward pause*
Andrew: Oh. Yeah.
Hahaha, then he realizes I cant go without my oatmeal :) French toast, eggs..aint got nothing on my breakfast. It is typically just 1/2 cup oatmeal and a tablespoon of Peanut butter. Its seriously so simple, so easy and so satisfying.
Being at my rents house and all I got to add this yumminess :)

I also used my favorite coffee mug ;)
So for today, I plan to go get my hairs cut and then a long gym sesh at my favorite gym in the world! Its so nice to have the day off! I have an eye doctor appt. to get new glasses..exciting!!

We do a lot of out of office stuff, which is great. We are promoting antitobacco films that local middle school and high school students made. The videos are pretty good, too.
Ive also been hangin' out with this man lately..
Thats maa boyfriend.. I sware that my heads not THAT big in real life ;)
My favorite part of my job that I am working on is the diabetes education we are doing. There are a lot of people in the area who just don't know how to manage their diabetes through diet and exercise. We are showing them easy and simple substitutions to make their life healthier. I feel really good about myself using my knowledge to help them.
I really hope this blog "makes it". I would LOVE have to people comment and be able to make somethin' of it :)
How is everyones week going? It is so great there is only 28 days in February.
My trip to St. John is in 5 days and I am more than ready to be out of New England for a little bit!

2. Be more mindful.
This is SO important to me. I am an anxious person and being in the moment is vital to my own happiness and wellbeing.
3. Only drink once or twice a week.
I really dont like drinking that much and shouldnt be peer pressured into doing it more often than I want!
So today, I got up around 7. I felt like I needed more sleep so I just lounged around in bed and kept thinking how I should get up. But I fell back asleep. Fail! Oops. When I finally did wake up I made myself a bowl of delicious oats and decided that it was time to shake the manski (my boy) awake. I made some coffee for the both of us. It was a pumpkin spice New England Coffee brand. It was delicious!
I went to the gym and did about 20 minutes running at 6.0 and then 10 minutes on the elliptical. I was sooo into this murder-crime show but this old man turned the station and then proceeded to do backwards walking on the tredmill. I figured he would eventually turn back around and enjoy whatever he thought was better than my crime show!
After that, I headed into work. It wasnt too busy tonight. I didnt mind. I made some money then went to the bar and had a few. I saw a man I waited on and he said to me...
"Congratulations on getting off.......................
Uhh.. I mean for getting out of work"
It was a tad awkward. I recovered though.
