1. Do more FUN & spontaneous things!
This was 2 years ago at Spring Fling. It was one of the most fun days of my life! This is my best friend Kara and myself mud wrestling. We just said what the hell -- and jumped in!
2. Be more mindful.
This is SO important to me. I am an anxious person and being in the moment is vital to my own happiness and wellbeing.
3. Only drink once or twice a week.
I really dont like drinking that much and shouldnt be peer pressured into doing it more often than I want!
